The UK Institute arranges Danish cultural events in the UK in order to bring Danish cultural experiences of highest quality to the British people. They have invited me to create a solo show at their beautiful venue in May 2013, where I will produce a new body of work called DreamEscapes.

SOLO SHOW – LIFE BENEATH THE SURFACE – at Kibble Palace, Glasgow Botanic Garden.

It has now been confirmed that my next solo show ‘LIFE BENEATH THE SURFACE’ will be shown at Kibble Palace in Glasgow Botanic Garden in 2013. I will show digital collages, paintings and a sculpture installed in the big glass house. The beautiful venue is a unique place to show my work where I will continue having a focus on creating fantastical landscape visions.

I am very exited to collaborate with the Botanic Garden on this project hoping we will offer the visitors a different experience combining exotic plants and trees with contemporary art.

In these days I am preparing an artist talk at Koebanhavn’s Kunstskole taken place in week 16. I am really looking forward to meet the students and tell about how it was to leave my native country Denmark, to do a degree in Fine Art at Goldsmiths in London. Also, I will use the opportunity to show examples of my work from the 'Forest Within' as well as talking about my current projects. I am exited!
