Art Club Visit to my Country House: Artist Talk, Poetry Reading, and Studio Tour

On Saturday, July 20th, I received a visit from an art club. Thirty-five people showed up at our country house and my studio. They sat in the small courtyard where I gave an artist talk and read from my poetry collection ‘love love love’. Afterward, we toured the studio to see my oil paintings and sculptures, some of which were placed outside. Our entire home was also opened up, as I have created many murals. It was a really good event, and I was pleased to combine art and literature in the surroundings where I have created them. Here, nature is the nerve in almost everything I do.
